Medical Services

The Medical Services Department is responsible for processing permanent total disability (PTD) applications, composing statements of fact, preparing medical information packets, scheduling medical examinations, and processing medical reports to prepare claim issues for hearing. We also recruit and train independent, impartial physicians throughout Ohio to perform these examinations on behalf of the Industrial Commission.
